My plane leaves at 6:25 am today to go to NYC for the RWA Conference. I’m looking forward to seeing many of my friends again from last year as well as meeting up with some that I’ve never met in person. I have two friends that are co-moderators with me on a yahoo group and we’re planning to meet in person since we’ve been moderating together for a while and want to see if we like each other in real life as much as we do on-line. I hope so. I know I was very lucky when I finally met our own Wednesday fox, Danica Avet, in person. She’s just as wicked cool in person as she is on line and I’m thinking Laurie and Lena are as well. They seem to “get me” and hopefully, they won’t look at me like I have three heads when I start yakking.
I love New York and I’m super excited to be back in the city. I’m staying over on Saturday so I can see a Broadway show. No trip to the Big Apple is complete without it. At least in my mind. Here’s just a few of the shows I’ve seen before.
