Twilight me…

Since Wasteland released in September, I’ve been participating in lots of interviews, radio shows, etc and a common question has been, “If you could have any super power what would it be?”

I’m like, “I can choose only one?”

It’s difficult to choose, though, because it depends on my mood. Or the book I’m writing **LOL**

I really love the telepathic/telekinetic powers. Super strength is awesome, too. I even have a story written about someone who turns invisible (yes, imagine the sneaky possibilities with that one!!)

But what I love is the Team Edward-type powers. You know, that sparkly vampire….Now, I don’t want the vampire side of Edward, but I love that he’s super fast, super strong, and can read minds. Not to mention the impenetrable skin.

So, for super powers, I’d have to say, “Twilight me, minus the vampire part.”

What’s your fave?

Glad you mentioned invisibility … because that’s been one of my favorites also. Only thing which I’ve never liked about that prospect — I’d need my clothing to be invisible WITH me. I don’t like drafts and my feet are always cold.
So if I got that super-power, it would have to include whatever clothing I was wearing at the time.

Ahhh, Twilight! Today’s release day for Breaking Dawn, Part 1, isn’t it? I’ll be trying to go next week. I love the intensity of these stories. So I have to agree that Edwardian powers would be very good to have.

  3. Invisible sounds fun! I love that you wrote a story with that as a character element.
