Project List…

Happy Friday my friends.

Sorry for my absence. I’ve utterly failed at being the Friday Fox. But now that book two has released, I hope things calm down a bit more (Hey, I can dream–LOL)

We’re talking about unfinished projects this week. Now, I’ve penned twenty six novels…they’re all done. Sure, they are in varying stages of editing (except the two already published)—but that leaves twenty-four that are actively being editing.

But they’re all completed.

I have this…thing…about leaving things unfinished. Especially stories. I just can’t do it. The voices will NOT shut up until I type THE END.

For real. Sleep suffers. My mind wanders. And yes, I really do hear voices. Like, when I’m trying to sleep. Sometimes my characters whisper. Or plot ideas pop up…

It’s crazy.

But it’s a total rush. I love it!

So…write on, my friends!!!

Your Friday Fox,

Lynn Rush

    26 ?
Good grief. How on earth do you keep their names straight?
Or … to put it differently, how do you come up with 26 different sets of names?
    I’m impressed!

  3. Wow, my last comment didn’t take…It should have said, Congrats,Lynn…26!…. and Jeff, maybe she doesn’t come up with a bunch of different names.I just finished reading ‘What You Call Winter’ by Nalini Jones. It is an anthology that has nine stories… she used a few names in several stories, but in every last one of them a man or boy had the name “Jude”. Maybe you have favorite character names,Lynn….or do you scrounge up new ones every time?

Hi, Tonette. 🙂 It’s all good. I understood your first message. 🙂

I try and scrounge up new names each story. Some of the very MINOR characters…like those named “in passing”…I’ve recycled a few names. But none of the major characters. 🙂
