“Bond, James Bond”
That’s the theme for this month and I am enjoying it. And I’m learning new things, as well as re-living old favourites. Then there’s the question you answer and as I read the readers’ comments the “Of course” thought came up.
So today we have on the list: favourite Bond lines. Now I have to admit, I enjoy a movie and a week later I’ve forgotten about it, sometimes even who the killer was. So … phew …. favourite lines.
Tonette and I were throwing a few favourites at each other last week, including when M says “Go on then, eject me. See whether I care.” Such a classic, especially with the old theme song in the background! YES!
Also mentioned last week, one of my favourite: “What did you expect, an exploding pen?” – LOVED IT!
In “The World is not enough”, Bond said: “If you’re Q, does that make him R?”
I’m sure there are many, many more quotes, especially cheeky ones from Bond, or annoyed ones from ‘Q’.
And before I go … my daughter (who’s been my guest fox a few times) has a favourite line, too: “Do you expect me to talk?” – “No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die.”

Carleigh is right, that is one of my favorite, all-time lines! “No, Mr.Bond,I expect you to die!”(As I said before, that kid should start her own blog.She has enough to say,I am sure.)
And she stole one of my lines to use on Friday, but I will concede…there are so many more.I hope we see a lot of them this week.Being the last, puts me at a disadvantage; all the good ones may be used! I hope you will find my main favorite quote to be unique.(Fingers crossed.)

Gosh, it would require weeks to re-watch them all for me to extract my favorite lines. I may be a total wreck by Hound Day this week.
But the ones you cite here would certainly be contenders.

Thanks ! I’m not good with one-liners, but we have a few in the family that keep coming up, I love “M’s” line, Carleigh walks around expecting everbody to die, and the current one for everyone in the family is “who?” (big bang theory!)
But Jeff … I’m sure if you google it, you’ll remember the one that’s always been in the back of your mind 😉
