But this week is supposed to be about the past year and what happened during it. LOTS has happened in my life in 2013!
I became the Vice President of my RWA chapter at the beginning of the year
I’ve also been the Speaker Chair for OLYRWA
I received my FIRST contract offer for my romantic fantasy, CONNECTIONS, which is a trilogy, in May
I became the Tuesday Fox here in July
I succeeded in transferring my momma from a nursing home in Louisiana to a Care Center near me in Washington State
It’s a short list, and I’m sure there’s something I missed, but trust me; the happening’s in my life have made me a very busy lady! :))

Thank you, Tonette! :)) I’m glad I was INVITED to join 4f1h! It totally upped my confidence level about my writing ability! Things are busy right now and I don’t see that “breather” anywhere in the near future. Most of the time I’m at the Care Center with my momma (I’m there right now). So far I’m managing to get my writing done, but woe be my housework! LOL! I have found a support group to join… more time taken “/ And now the edits are beginning on the second in my trilogy…
But I have faith! Life is good and I am thankful!

I’m trying to “keep up,” Tonette, but my body is beginning to complain. I spent the entire day in bed today, and I’m just getting over a shingles-like rash that hit me right after I got my momma here. And I’ve just now realized I still need to write my Tuesday Fox post!!

It has been a positive year, Jeff. Thank you for your wishes on my future. It has been a long time since I’ve seen “positive” like I have t his year. I even was awarded a necklace for my accomplishments this year at my RWA chapter’s Christmas luncheon!
