Run Forrest, run.

We’re back to the subject of Aliens 🙂 Can you all see me jump up and down in excitement.

Anyway – question this week is If you saw an alien spaceship land in your city, what would you do? Would you try to interact?

Three words from me: Run, Forrest, run!

Well, in this case, Iris. Yeah, I’d run. See that little bit of smoke? That’d be me. Curiosity killed the cat, you know. The whole ET thing is probably wrong, as in the cute creature who just wants to go home and strolls along on Halloween. For me it’d be more like “Independence Day” – takeover of the Earth and such. Big drama, fire and the end of the world.

Yup – no way, Jose, would I stay and watch.

Who’d run with me?

About Iris B

Iris Blobel writes warm, sexy, and sometimes witty Australian Contemporary Romance books for readers who, like herself, still strongly believe in love and Happily Ever Afters. And she knows HEAs. Her couples are hungry for life, done with the past, passionate about family, and emotionally hopeful for a future. The stories are mainly set in Australia but also in New Zealand and even the US, depending on where her travels take her. She loves nothing more than for her readers to join her on her journeys.

  1. A few weeks ago I wrote a post about the zombie apocalypse and how should that happen (and I will amend it to include aliens) I would not be one of the survivors! I would totally be one of the first people that is shot by the ray gun!
Should they arrive, I will pack up me and Mr. T and Shorty and as much as we our car can hold, and head to my parents place (they have more food) and then we’d just wait and see! 🙂

That is my plan, move back in with my parents… :/

  2. Nope,I am not running…I didn’t even look at the ideas…at least it ISN’T zombies.

LOL, I didn’t remember that we were having a free week in BETWEEN the alien stuff. Oh well… I think I’d have some natural curiosity … but it would be tempered by raw fear.
    Not sure of the result.

I’m not sure what I’d do (having never been in the situation) if I saw a spaceship land, Iris. I’d probably freeze in fear and mindlessly (bc of my state of shock) follow the crowds who’d probably be running with you! LOL!
