Do or Not Do; There is No Try

Yoda

This week’s topic is at odds with me.  There are things I’d like to do again, but the only things that coincide with “now that I know better” are things I’d Definitely NOT like to do again.  LOL!

But now that I’ve said that, a funny memory returns.  I decided to try out for the dance team when I was in high school.  The try-out went fine, until the high-kick portion.  There was a line of us, and I wanted to get on the team so bad I kicked higher than I should have.  In a nut-shell; my other leg flew out from under me and the whole line went down.  Color me embarrassed.  No one ever said anything to me about it; and I never mentioned it again, either.

Then there’s always the Cavalia time (earlier post) when I went into the bathroom through the wrong door…

porta-potty

So at the end of the day, I guess there are some things I’d like to try again; “now that I know better.”  LOL!

I’m sorry I missed last week’s post, but I was kinda incapacitated.

How’s that for a cliff-hanger??   LOL!

I’m sure everyone has embarrassing moments like yours. I walked into the WRONG bathroom once – just too preoccupied! Thanks for sharing.

Glad you — and the rest of the dance line — weren’t hurt. That would make a great addition to the blooper reel.

Not that this is related, but one night, the line at the women’s room was so long, we mutinied and took over the men’s room, standing guard until our line was empty. 🙂

  6. Oh, I have walked into the wrong rest room. I feel better. I have so many regrets that I am not sure WHAT to post of Friday.

I’ve never walked into the wrong rest room (I think)! But it was sure funny the night my sister and I watched my b-I-l walk into the wrong restroom!! LOL!
