I’m still behind on my reading. Since the last TBR list I’ve only read one book! It’s called Divorced, Desperate, and Delicious, and was written by Christie Craig. It’s definitely not sweet, but there’s a lot of romance. This is a free download that I obtained after hearing Christie speak at our RWA retreat last May. The book reads like the lady speaks — spunky and sassy! There’s love, danger and mystery, but a lot of funny stuff in between. You can see my Goodreads review by clicking on the book cover.
And now, on to my BIG NEWS…
Ahem.
After twelve long months of NO new publications, I am so pleased to announce that my 2016 Christmas novella Three French Inns is now available as part of a box set produced by Dingbat Publishing. I am so honored to have my novella included with the books of these fine authors. Nine Ladies Dancing is available only at Smashwords right now (here’s the LINK) for only 99 cents but hopefully will appear at the other major outlets soon.
Tomorrow, Three French Inns will be available individually from Eskape Press at all standard ebook outlets. Please check my Facebook page where I’ll post the links as they become available!
Here’s what the book is about:
Peter Brown joined His Majesty’s Army in the fight against Napoleon, but when he was wounded, a lovely French woman tended him. She was a recent widow, and they were on opposing sides of the war, so they went their separate ways. But he never forgot his “bel ange” — his beautiful angel.
Caroline Bouchard Duval marched with her husband in Napoleon’s army, eager to leave her sleepy village and see the world. But after being widowed, she returned to her childhood home in the French Alps. When a bloody traveler enters her father’s inn, she recognizes him immediately. Could this man give her another chance to fulfill her dreams?

Three French Inns is a companion novella to Two Tutor Doves and The Partridge and the Peartree. Characters appear in multiple books, but each can be read as a stand-alone.
congratulations on a new release. your story sounds terrific. I see a lot of authors whose names I recognize — good group to hang out with.

Once I started with The Partridge, I couldn’t seem to stop! Yes, it’s a great group of authors, and I’m so fortunate to be included.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t have a book releasing every other month and who doesn’t get to read as much as she would like.

You’re definitely not the only one. Of course, I’m not raising three young kids.
